Optional coverages are available to further customize your insurance program.
Property Insurance - Covers damage to a building and its contents due to a covered event, such as a fire. Also insures against losses associated with mechanical and electrical system breakdowns, a business interruption, and more.
General Liability Insurance - Provides legal defense and coverage for claims of bodily injury caused by accident, associated medical costs, and for certain Personal and Advertising Injuries.
- Limits up to $1 million per occurrence
- $2 million aggregate
- Medical payments available up to $10,000
- Umbrella limits up to $15 million
Industry-related enhancements - More than 20 enhancements are added to the policy to address the unique insurance needs associated with condos and co-ops. Enhancements include but are not limited to:
- Backup of sewer drains
- Debris removal
- Elevator collision (for personal property of others)
- Employee Dishonesty, Forgery, Money and Securities
- Newly acquired real and personal property
- Ordinance or Law
- Outdoor signs
- Pollution cleanup
