                The new site,, is driven by photos of the different people and businesses protected by basic P&C, Workers Comp and General Liability coverage -- as well as a growing cyber protection line – in the context of work, life and daily routines. 


“We are a ‘people’ business. We protect peoples’ livelihood and futures. It’s very personal,” said GNY CEO Elizabeth Heck. “And we conduct our business the same way, by nurturing our relationships with individual brokers, policyholders and property managers.”  


In fact, brokers and property managers’ comments and observations on GNY’s distinctive business model have been incorporated on a “carousel” of testimonials.


Another hallmark of GNY’s distinctive policyholder service is the maintenance and safety tips to protect businesses and to limit liability. “This is something we’ve always done. The new, colorful grid will enable customers to find this information more readily by giving it the prominence it merits. It also underscores our commitment to help our customers protect their businesses,” Ms. Heck said, noting the site adopted the tagline: “Protecting you is our business; helping you is our commitment.”


The year-long website redesign was done by Blue Fountain Media, an award-winning digital agency specializing in custom website design and digital marketing.  “As the company continues to invest in technology, our goal was to help GNY increase its internet presence by illustrating its high touch service model that has earned it a great reputation in the marketplace, ” said Yury Rush, Account Director, Blue Fountain Media.
